All services are clearly defined within the relevant service listing on Fiverr, Upwork, or in a project agreement communicated via WhatsApp or email.
All work will be delivered strictly according to the agreed scope. Any features, pages, or functionality not specified in the original order are considered out of scope and may require a separate agreement or additional fee.
Scope changes requested after project commencement may affect the delivery timeline and cost. All scope changes must be agreed in writing via WhatsApp or email before implementation begins.
We reserve the right to decline requests that fall outside the agreed scope without additional compensation.
Fiverr & Upwork Orders: Payments are processed entirely through the respective platform. All payment terms, dispute resolution, and fund security are governed by Fiverr or Upwork policies.
Direct Orders: For projects arranged directly, full payment or an agreed deposit is required before project commencement. Final files will be delivered upon receipt of full payment.
We do not accept chargebacks or payment reversals initiated outside the agreed refund process. Please review our Refund Policy before placing an order.
All prices are listed in USD. Currency conversion is the responsibility of the client.
Each service package includes a defined number of revision rounds. The revision limit is stated in the relevant service listing or project agreement:
Revisions are limited to adjustments within the original agreed scope. Requests for new content, additional pages, or feature changes are not considered revisions and will be quoted separately.
Revisions must be requested within the timeframe specified for each package. Requests made outside this window may be subject to an additional fee.
Upon receipt of full payment, all custom design assets and code created specifically for your project are transferred to you. You are free to use, modify, and distribute the delivered files for your business.

We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio (on this website, Fiverr, Upwork, or social media) unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Delays caused by late content delivery or unresponsiveness may extend the project timeline. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the client.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful, unethical, or fraudulent purpose. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any project at our discretion.
Estimated delivery timelines are stated in each service listing. Standard delivery is 7 to 10 business days from the date all required content is received.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, revision requests, and client response time. We will communicate any delays promptly.
Final project files are delivered digitally via the agreed platform (Fiverr, Upwork, email, or WhatsApp).
We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of our website. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
Our services are available to clients worldwide. We operate in the GMT+6 timezone. Response times may vary based on working hours and time zone differences.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YT Product Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific project in question.
We are not responsible for any business losses, lost revenue, or reputational damage resulting from delays, errors, or service interruptions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be referred to the appropriate courts of Bangladesh.
For orders placed through Fiverr or Upwork, the dispute resolution processes of those platforms take precedence where applicable.
