Project Commencement & Payments
- Every project starts only after the required advance payment is received.
- Final project files, source code, or deployment will be delivered only after full payment has been completed.
Refunds & Cancellations
- Because every website is custom-designed specifically for each client, payments are generally non-refundable once design or development has started.
- If a client decides to cancel the project after work has started, 50% of the total project cost will be retained to cover the completed work and project resources.
- If no work has started yet, cancellation requests may be reviewed individually, and a full or partial refund may be issued.
Revisions & Client Satisfaction
- Our goal is always to work with clients until they are satisfied with the final result within the agreed project scope.
- Clients can request revisions according to the selected package before final approval. Revisions ensure the design aligns with your vision.
